Return and Exchange Policy


All SALE items are considered final.  No returns or exchanges will be entertained for these items.

We subject all products we sell and/or manufacture through a strict quality control process.  Our quality control is done upon receiving the goods from our suppliers and again before a product is sent out to our clients.  We do this because we only want our customers to be happy with the products they buy from us.

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please send us an email at customerservice@shopmommymatters.com. Please indicate in the said email, your invoice number, item to be returned and the reason for your return. We accept returns of products for exchange within 14 days of purchase. The returned item, however, must not have been washed, must have its original tags and must be in its original packaging.

Shipping for the returned products must be shouldered by the buyer/sender. However, the cost of shipping the replacement product will be on us.

You may exchange your product with the same product or with a product of similar value or higher. Should the buyer/sender choose a replacement product of higher value. The buyer/sender must pay the difference in price before we send out the replacement.
